In the UpperRoom- SoulCore is a prayer experience that combines the prayers of the Rosary with a core-strengthening workout. No fitness level or experience required. Silver SoulCore allows participants to stretch and move their bodies while seated in chairs and is adapted for all levels of physical ability!
